Our Managing Director Georg Nehls warmly welcomes Thomas Meyer, founder and Managing Director of MariLim to join the BioConsult SH group along with his MariLim team.
Founded in 1993, MariLim has been a pioneer in consulting within marine ecological topics and applied marine research. The company offers a wide range of marine biological services for environmental studies related to offshore wind farms and other marine infrastructure projects, as well as for marine conservation efforts and assessment of species and biotopes, especially supporting authorities in implementing European environmental Directives.
BioConsult SH and MariLim have been collaborating on numerous projects over the past decades. Merging these two companies is an ideal fit to further expand our services.
While MariLim will continue to operate independently, we will intensify the collaboration by sharing our knowledge and working together to develop innovative solutions for our clients.
