AVES – intelligent solutions for safety and bird protection

AVES is a camera-based bird detection system that is used as bird collision protection at wind turbines or, in the industrial sector, as an event-based bird deterrent.

AVES is a method to automatically detect and identify birds that was co-developed by BioConsult SH and is distributed by ProTecBird.

AVES includes various AI-supported product solutions to accelerate the expansion of renewable energies and reduce health risks and material damage caused by birds in industry, agriculture and aviation.

AVES Wind Onshore is an anti-collision system to protect large birds at wind turbines.

AVES Industry and AVES Stadium were developed to effectably deter birds from sensitive and protected areas.

AVES Airport ensures greater safety for aviation through targeted bird deterrence at airports.
